50% Surcharge Applies On Special Dates: Xmas Eve (after 18:30 hrs), Xmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Eve (after 18:30 hrs)

Actual Seating capacity clearly depends on the size of the passengers

Excess passengers or luggage if there is any, must go in a separate Airport Taxi at the passenger's expense, as it's against UK Law to carry any luggage in the passenger seating area

FREE 'Bubbly' is included in the Super Stretch Limousines and more FREE Drinks are supplied in addition with the Super Longbody Navigator Limousines

Collection Procedure At Airport Terminals

All hirers must have our Contact Telephone Numbers with them when they fly into the UK

Our Office Telephone Number is: 01753 655 075 Office Mobile: 07956 224 399 and also don't forget to call us as you are about to exit the Airport Terminal with your luggage (ie. after clearing Customs & Immigration) so that we can telephone your Driver and tell him to come and pick-up you and your Guests outside the Airport Terminal (takes about 5 minutes) as he is not allowed by the Airport Authority to wait there

If you would like a "Meet and Greet Service" instead, it is available at an extra charge of Ł40 with our Mercedes, VW Minibus & the Super-Stretch Limousines

Coach Passenger Collection Procedure At London Airports
and Information About The Coach Marshals

* On Airport Collections a "Meet and Greet Service" is NOT available with the 16, 34 or 49-Seater Coaches as they must report and wait in the Airport Coach Park (this Law is enforced by the Airport Authorities) *

The Coach Park Supervisor will not release any Coach until one hour after the flight has landed and even then he will only allow the Coach to leave the Airport Coach Park if the Lead Passenger has reported to the Coach Marshall by the Airport Terminal Building confirming that they are ready to be collected.

There are Security reasons for this procedure and also because there is very limited space for Coaches to collect or stop and wait by the Airport Terminal and a Terminal Layout Map will be emailed to you when you finalize your Airport Transfer with us

All hirers must keep our Contact Telephone Numbers when they come to the UK - Office Tel: 01753 655 075 Mobile: 07956 224 399 and also don't forget to call us as you are about to exit the Airport Terminal with your luggage, so that we can telephone your Coach Driver and ask him to speak to the Airport Coach Park Supervisor as well so that he will release your Coach and Driver to come and pick-up you and your Guests from the Airport Terminal

Booking Deposits: 25% Deposit Finalizes All Bookings

The remaining 75% balance due becomes payable 48 hours before the hire date by credit card or if preferred in cash (not by card or cheque) direct to the driver on the hire date

Alternatively full payment may be made at the time of order placement by credit card or by wire transfer

Hire Cancellations: Deposit Payments Are Non-Refundable

All hire cancellations must be made first by telephone and then in writing (by email) and we will of course acknowledge cancellations in writing by return email within 24 hours

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before a hire date incur no further penalty (besides the loss of the 25% deposit paid)

All Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before a hire date incur a 100% cancellation charge ie. the remaining 75% balance is still payable and will therefore be deducted from the hirer's credit card without further authority or permission being required from the hirer.

By placing a Booking and paying a deposit to us the hirer implicitly agrees to the above hire cancellation terms which are hereby incorporated by reference into all bookings without exception
